The first quarter ROAR assembly of the year will be Friday, October 18, at 2:00 p.m.
Early check in (Deadline: Wed., Oct. 16)
Option 1: If you think you will be attending and have had your identification scanned this school year, you can send an email to KarenHoffman@smsd.org, ChristinaUtley@smsd.org or Evitaturello@smsd.org for Spanish language, stating you plan to attend. Your badge will be printed in advance and you will pick it up the day of the assembly.
Option 2: Call the school and the office staff can verify if your identification is saved to the Raptor System. Your visitor badge will be printed in advance for you to can pick up on Oct 18. You can use this option if your ID has been scanned this school year.
Option 3: Bring your ID to the office in person before the party, let the office staff know you will be attending, and they will print your visitor badge to be picked up in the afternoon of October 18. This option can be used for first time visitors also.
The deadline for these options is Wednesday, October 16th.
First Time visitor
If your identification has not been scanned, you need to bring identification with you to the office to be verified. Also, if you have a new Kansas License please bring it in person. If you have a passport, that will need to be verified through the office.
There will be a long line, so please be patient.
